These partners are provided with your listing information so that your property can be viewed with some detail on our partners' sites. When your listing information is received by Okanagan Owner.com, your listing contact information is automatically transferred to our partners' sites on a daily basis. If you request address specific products or services we will transfer your listing contact information as required by vendors, unless you specify otherwise.

On the listing information form we collect two types of contact information.  The contact information that appears on your listing on the Okanagan Owner. com and additional contact information that you have an option to provide that does not appear on your listing on the Okanagan Owner. You decide the contact information you provide on your listing.  You can use your full name or just your first name or no name and simply say "Owner".  You can use the full address of your property or just the street name (without the house number) or just the area that the property is in. All are customers are provided with the option of withholding the posting of any listing contact information.

We allow a seller to list on the MLS and Okanagan Owner..  That is a decision to be made and negotiated between the realtor and the seller and any legal representative with the asking price to be the same.. 

4.Junk Mail and Email Scams
Do feel free to respond to legitimate inquiries about your home. Spamming will occur with any email address posted online. Please do not reply to spam junk email, just delete it. This is why we recommend not posting your real email address. Two options for not receiving junk mail are you can use an temporary email address with yahoo, hot mail, etc. or do not use your email address with contact by phone only. Using your phone number in your ad seems as safe as placing it in any newspaper ad. Please do not give out personal information like banking, credit card, social insurance numbers via email. Okanagan Owner advises potential buyers and sellers to consult a lawyer or notary public before entering into any deal or signing any documents involving your home or property or buying a home.
